1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Tillzen. By accessing or using our Point of Sale (POS) and inventory management services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Tillzen immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Use of Services
Tillzen grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your internal business operations. You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so. This includes any attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform.
4. Offline Mode and Data Syncing
Tillzen provides an "Offline-First" service. While we aim for seamless data synchronization, the responsibility for ensuring your device periodically connects to the internet for cloud-syncing rests with the merchant.
5. Payments and Licensing
Our services are provided on a yearly subscription basis (₵400 for Standard, ₵600 for Premium). All fees are non-refundable once the license key has been activated for a specific terminal.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tillzen if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities that jeopardize the ecosystem.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
